Who is responsible

What we collect

Only what you send us. Through the project brief: your name, business email, company, country, website or social link, the services you selected, your objective, budget range, timing and the description you write. Through the discovery request: your name, business email and the reason for the call. We do not buy or enrich data from third parties.

Currency display

To show investment ranges in your local currency, your IP address is sent to a geolocation lookup service (ipapi.co) on every visit. It is used only to detect your country and is not stored by us. If the lookup fails or is unavailable, prices are shown in EUR.

Why we collect it

To assess your enquiry, prepare a discovery conversation, produce a proposal and manage the resulting commercial relationship. The legal basis is your consent when you submit a form, and legitimate interest or contract performance once a project begins.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Records tied to a signed engagement are kept for the legal accounting retention period.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider, our email provider, the calendar service used to schedule calls, and the currency geolocation service described above, each acting as a processor on our instructions. We do not sell personal data, ever.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to hello@publikrea.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
