These terms govern use of publikrea.com. Using the site implies acceptance of them.

Enquiries are not engagements

Submitting a project brief or requesting a discovery call does not create a contract and does not mean PubliKrea has accepted the project. A project is confirmed only once scope, commercial terms and any required contract or deposit have been agreed in writing.

Content accuracy

The Experience section describes real professional and collaborative work, attributed to the individual who performed it. Figures such as public view counts belong to the releases or campaigns as a whole and are not claimed as the result of any single contribution.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Content may be modified at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
